Colliers Assistant Critical Facility Manager (ACFM)

The Assistant Critical Facility Manager (ACFM) is responsible for the management and operations of Electrical Systems, Mechanical Plant Infrastructure, Life-Safety Systems, Critical Environment operations, Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), Preventative Maintenance Program implementation, risk identification, and mitigation. The ACFM is responsible for operating and protecting the client/tenants' critical load, delivering 100% uptime, and doing so while delivering 100% client satisfaction. The ACFM will deliver these expectations and accountabilities using the Colliers Operations Proprietary Playbook while also ensuring 100% Playbook adoption of the Playbook methodology by the entire critical facility site team. The ACFM assists in leading all critical facility site services including Data Center Engineers, Data Center Technicians, and suppliers. The ACFM ensures adoption and compliance with the Colliers Playbook at all times. The ACFM assists the CFM in developing a site-specific Playbook within sixty (60) days of site transition. The ACFM ensures that each of the site staff has reviewed the Colliers Playbook and adopts its use for all site-related operations. The ACFM ensures full compliance with facility operating procedures, processes, work rules, and Federal, State, and local safety, operating codes, and regulatory compliance. The ACFM assists the client/tenant by resolving any client-related facility concerns. ACFM is available after hours and / or weekends to respond to critical situations or concerns and / or will be on a rotational basis with other data center leaders. The ACFM assists in establishing performance benchmarks, metrics, KPI’s and conducts analysis, prepares reports for all aspects of the Electrical, Mechanical, and Life-Safety System operations.
